I made a special trip from regional WA to purchase a sea container. I was told to ring Friday to make arrangements. Friday I was told to ring Saturday. Saturday morning I was told to ring Saturday afternoon. After 5 calls Saturday afternoon and visiting the yard to find someone I was told to ring Sunday. After 3 calls and messages on Sunday no one got back to me. I'm now $200 poorer and still have not heard.

I was very disappointed with these drongos. They delivered the wrong size bin, charged me extra fees, and picked it up late. The customer service was rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable and affordable skip bin service. They are the worst!

Driver was rude and pushed stuff off the bin onto the verge and just drove away without letting me know but the office staff were really helpful considering I had to organise it via email from work.

West Coast Waste booked out bins to my account without my permission which complicated clarity on the account, they off hired bins without permission and left bins on site with extended billing periods being charged despite having been asked to off hire them. Despite this being communicated to them and verbally negotiated down they have persuade the full amount without honouring the revised amount. They intentionally didn’t reply when followed up twice in order to put me in a precarious position and now our costs to resolve the matter have more than doubled.Use WCW if you want similar issues.
